Interesting server bug

Sounds like the process NMService(Nexon Messenger) buggered up, is this all the time even if you restart the game? Whenever I go covert from friends/guild I always just delete that process and it does the same thing as you mentioned.


EDIT: Even thought the process comes back immediately after being deleted, you are still offline to everyone else.

yes its ALL the time idk the process is still going ill try deleting it and restarting the game afterwards and see what happens.

The reason it's happening is because the Nexon Messenger Service NMService.exe has a ping on it (to make sure that it's still connected to the server.)
The problem that lies WITHIN that however, is that it only pings the communication server, not the relay. In other words, it notices that it's connected, and displays accordingly, however, because it's not physically part of the communication server (even though it's authenticated) it is unable to properly form an established connection, so you can't interact. Also entailing within that problem is the fact that it thinks it's connected, so there really isn't anything that you can do. This is most commonly a problem with Nexon's routers, or systems themselves, since 90% of the time servers are set up in blades, and just use ports of an IP, or different Ip's, but the "servers" are all on the same blade, or rack.
