Macro in Setpoint

Hi all.

I have used macros before in mmos but never ever in fps games. The program I am using is called "Setpoint" v5.1xxx?
Well based on what I have seen on others tutorials here on this forum I have no clue about how to find the C/s option in set point the only thing I get is ms and left button up and left button down.
So would be great if anyone could guide here or private on how to make epic macros in set point.
And yes I’m serious, and I’m aware of that I might make a fool of myself

And i don't know if it works with 5.1, I'm using 6.32
