Need some good plugins.

Hey guys, I'm making a server with a friend, and we need some plugins, suck as area protection, economy things, etc.. just basic plugins. I've searched a all over, we have a few plugins, we just need people that actually know what plugins are good and what not. We have the latest CraftBukkit. Thanks!
