Power Level?

Does anyone know how to power lvl i have been away from CA for 3 months and just recently came back i have been legit but i want to power lvl Im a 1Lt5 right now i want to try and at least reach CPT1 but idk how to do it i know theres alot of hackers now like i heard life taker was back does it still work to power lvl?

If so i would want someone to help me ive tried posting this in the thread that has what im specificlay askign for but its pretty much a dead thread.
