I want to learn how to program! Help Needed please
I have been looking into making my own client for awhile now and dont really get it. I was wondering if someone can teach me how to do program. i want to make a client so if you can help my Skype ID is suicidejihaad. Please post yours below also so i know its you.

close but clients are coded in c++, mods are coded in java, and most mods wont work on multiplayer, although you can make very nice single player mods

Some mods do, in fact, zombe's mod has several mods that work on multiplayer.

Thank you for the sites, but I mainly want to learn how to program java for MINECRAFT. not really anything else.

well i was pretty sure you needed c++ to code hacks but since the game is coded with java it makes sense that you need to use java

I'm not sure what you boys above are saying, so excuse me if this has already been said..

Everything to do with Minecraft, (mods, clients, hacks, even tools) should be coded in Java, as it will be a lot easier considering the game is coded in Java.
Some things you could probably get away with using c# or c++ though.

yea i use to code, but for combat arms, and only small things i never really got into it, i was to lazy, and as far as i knew you needed c++ but i think CA is written in C++ which is why they use it
