Where the hell can I find stocks like this? All I see when I look around are human stocks or extremely animu shit. Can't find something HQ type shit.

Go to official game websites, then go to wallpaper section. That's mostly the only place where you'll find hq stocks like that. That one came from Bioshock 2's wallpaper section.

Sometimes IGN has some pretty dope shit you can work with.
Other than that it's just a lot of surfing around and being crafty with your keyword usage.
