i have 45 ping and it happen to me just bug

it starts up slow for me also

No, it's a lag bug.
Happens to me sometimes.

Oh.. I never had that before..
I never lag too bad because my ping is usually 9-12

My internet spikes for like half the time I'm on.

i dont think its a bug just maybe a lag spike and thats what happens when u lag, ur wep delay is slower even with hacks it doesnt switch slower its just delayed.
