every time i download a hack this message appear for me "failed to connect to server"

Does the same error appear without hacks too or only when you use a hack? Make sure your connection is fine. Restart your router. See if your CF folder contains a sxs.dll file. If it does, delete it. Use CCleaner to clean history, cookies and registry. Restarting your PC could help, too.

If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling and remember to delete all cf folders
If still doesn't work, check for virus on your computer or it could also be your antivrus's problem
