You know how you see a hack or something someone post and it says [Release] in blue color how do you do that for the title when you want to post something?

When you make a thread, there's a dropdown on the left..
You can't, they're called 'prefixes' and minions+ can add the 'coloured ones'.

Well he can add the standard prefixes to his own threads of course, but I believe none of those are coloured
