REJOINING MS!!!

ok so i just quit combat arms.... too many hackers and i got banned so i want to join ms again!!! I'm downloading it right now and i was wondering if i can join a private server... I'm not that good with this stuff so i kind of need help... wen its done downloading i will give tv info for any1 that wants to help me.. Thank you so much.
