You do realize Limewire is just a torrent program, right?
Everything you download is by torrent. Multiple sources seeding one file.

Also, torrent sites > Limewire (but only for albums + discographies, not single songs).

It downloads them from torrent sites . It's just a client that searches torrents. I prefer Limewire because of all the features that I love, like previewing as it downloads, simplicity, etc.
