Hey guys, can you guys please make me a combat arms account(new) my comp is gettin kinda jacked up,

and guys, please dont say i was hacking and im ip banned or something because i never hack. so can you please make me an account

If you're not IP banned it should be fine making a new account yourself ?

Are there any particular reasons as to why you can't register?
