I do not know if here is the right place to post this ..

Whenever I try to install. Net Framework 4.0 gives an error ..
when I try to acess the download page Page not loading! (in all pages happened to me)

And when I find it on installer fails to install

I have version 1 and 2, but nescesito of 3 and 4

I have windows xp sp2 32bit colossus

Was installed before, but I managed to remove and install anymore
