Turn the sensitivity up and act like it never happened. 
I drop my mouse like very often, and it's sorta messed up now LOL
I have a normal USB mouse... i've throwed it to the wall sometimes, but it works fine... sometimes it "crash" and i cant move for few second, but most of times works
