how do i use MW2 trainers pls reply thx 
...you click the button the trainer tells you to? 
just open the trainer than do what you want to do
but you need to be in the barracks thats it

They both work for sure. Have you tried running as adminstrator? (right click, "Run as adminstrator")

that's a steam version but I found by version I just edited my kills and deaths since I am kinda bad xD
