yes it does, i use x64 Win 7 and it works flawless

well vinject always close after you launch vindictus because it was made this way so you don't need to alt tab it and close it manually.
When it's closing when you launch the game or before, if it close after you pres launch and inject that is a good sign that it is doing what is supposed to do.
