can anyone help?

i was playing combat arms i threw my brothers car keys and threw hes keys from 3rd floor theres a bunch of keys there i kinda broke a bit of hes window he reseted my modem while i was in bathroom and i cant connect to internet threw modem now im at friends house anyone know how to fix this i want to play with my hacks

my modem doesnt have acces to internet bill is paid and my brother pressed the reset button on back of modem -.- how can i fix this......
