how do i get .dll?

Is it weird if u download an INJECTOR
that there isnt a DLL ?

How do i use it? It's just faded and nulled and i can't use it .

retrofy22, here are the steps.

1. Right click and run program as administrator
2. Start Project Blackout [You can now use Q~Inject]
3. Click on Select DLL
4. Select your DLL
5. Click on Inject [Project Blackout Will Stop LOADING]
6. Close Q~Inject [Project Blackout Will Now START BACK LOADING]

You need to place is in your C drive, so..
(Only if using Windows)

1. Go to Start Menu
2. Click on Computer
3. Click on HP (C: )
4. Drag file in there

What do you mean by download in google and COMDLG32.OCX
