How To Play Good Legitly
This is a tutorial I have made up using what I know and what I do in-game. Some of you may know that I ONLY play legit, I used to use hacks but personally? Playing legit is more fun, IMO. This tutorial is for you hackers, for when there are no Pub hacks around and to convince you to play legit.
First off, this is not to teach you how to 'Aim properly' , learning how to aim and manuver your mouse is a skill you can only obtain by practicing. This is a tutorial about how to APPLY whatever aiming skill you HAVE onto the match, or battlefield. I like to think of it as a car, you can have a powerful engine, but you won't win ANY race if you don't know how to apply that FORCE onto the tarmac.
Okay! Finally, let's get started. I have divided the things I know/do into catagories, making it easier to read:
The Battlefield//Map:
Knowing the map is cruicial. You should be able to know every corner, popular hiding spot, and tricks of each map. But not everyone has played this game for a long time, some of you might not have any experience with a map. I recommend playing lots of games on maps you DON'T know, using hacks, or if you want, legitly. Figuring out the map might not be very intresting, but to dominate this game, you need to do that, here is why:
-You need to think OUTSIDE the box, go to places where people usually don't check, and take alternative paths to flank the enemy.
-You need to know where the enemy is hiding. When playing legit, i recommend using a HBS. ALWAYS check the hiding spots, it might take more time, but in a clanwar, you need to risk that time.
-You can hide in spots where people usually don't hide: the majority of people in CA check the same spots over and over, try and find your unique hiding spot, if you want to camp.
Listening, sound whoring and predicting:
No chams? No HBS? Too bad, you're back to good ol' listening and your common sense.
-Try playing with headphones, and playing in a quiet room. If possible, try turning off voice chat
-Splashing water, crunching dirt is a dead giveaway that SOMEONE is coming, using headphones, you can easily figure out which side it is coming from, and prefire the enemy.
-Predicting using common sense: Sometimes you just need to predict where the enemy is going to come up, using what YOU do and the sounds and information you have gathered
Firing techniques:
This is back to basics, you need to learn to take advantage of the recoil and the GUN ESPECIALLY
- Tap fire when using a heavy recoil gun (G36E etc..)
- Always aim at the middle of the enemy's midsection, if the gun has straight up recoil, then you should get a HS easily
- Firing modes: Take advantage of the firing modes, the 3 round burst is good for a quick finish, and is useful in multiple situations. The 1 round tap is good when sniping long range, I usually don't use this for cqc
Guns/Equipment:
This arsenal is made for min. ranks
Primary Gun:M4A1/ M416 , G36E
The M4 Family has minimal recoil, good damage and an understandable recoil pattern, the G36 is very OP when used properly (tap)
Secondary: Does not matter very much
Melee: Same as above
Nades/mines: Does not matter, preferablly not incendiary/gas
Vest: Depends what you like, Heavy vest for more blows or light for speed?
Backpack: 1 slot/2 slot is often enough
With the information above, you should be able to play legitly like a pro!
This was not leached, all credits to me
