Problem loading assembly [Visual Studio 2008]
I have C++ 2008 i don't download newer because my windows is old and it says to me when i make a Form application
it says at Design tab "Could not load file or assembly EnvDTE, Version=7.0.0333.0 , culture=neutral


Help? please
