Nexon isn't going to sue everyone that hacks. Please don't be so ignorant as to think so. It would cost them more money to sue you for hacking than they would make off of you and thousands of others combined.
Adding to that there is no legal way to count a "hacking tool" as commonly referred to in the criminal system as "copyright infringement" as we are (as the producers, and users of "hacking tools" in no way infringing on the copyright act. Copyright infringement is if we used licensed material of their produce our hacks, and we don't. We utilize the codes that they developed off of from an open source game engine, therefor if they were to attempt to file suit against an individual or hundreds, and thousands of individuals then there is no viable, and/or legal standing ground for them to do so and they would be lucky to even get a notarization, much less a court subpoena.
Also "Obstruction of Business" was an act put in place to deter slandering a company, and disrupting production of it's materials. It has been more commonly known among the private server "industry" for World of Warcraft, and having been, and knowing HUNDREDS of people that run private servers I can tell you with an honest open mind that Nexon doesn't have the money, and surely won't spend the money to use it. Obstruction of business is when you create a sizable negative impact on the company ITSELF not it's product, and we're in no way doing that as you guys still play, you still pour money into their services you can't get by hacking, and we (the "hacking tool developers") bring them more players by introducing people into the world of "easy mode" in turn letting them play the way they want, bringing Nexon yet again more money.
Hackers, and "hacking tools" generate more income for Nexon than their stupid ass items do, because we do what they couldn't. We bring more people to their game, which in turn brings more possibilities of cash flow. Seeing as there are no monthly subscription fees it's going to be more of a legal tug-of-war just for Nexon to FILE a charge - than it would to get out of one. They're leaving a LOT of legal loopholes open stating an argument like this. Hackers and "hacking tools" are creating a more positive impact on this game than negative, so I can promise you that if they ever were so stupid as to come at me with any bullshit I'd have a lawyer crawling up their ass with counter suits so fast they'd feel like they just got introduced to the worlds biggest herpes filled hernia.
Nexon EU just proved how entirely fail they and their attorneys are if they hope for any of this to stick legally.
