It is false positive.
The others say Riskware. That means it isn´t a virus but it looks dangerous.
And it looks dangerous cuz it is an injector. Injectors manipulate processes

HACK TOOL DETECTED - DO NOT USE, i tried 2 times. Once on my main(no ban) and once on my alt(got banned 3 days with a message saying "Further investigation will be peformed..."

viruses like: Trojan/worm does Manipulate the processes.... BUT the dropper doesn't manipulate any processes, it drops some files somewhere in ur system drive to be executed later...
Now the question(s): WHAT DOES THIS DROP?, AND IN WHICH FOLDER?

It doesn´t drop anything

I code hacks and I pack my hacks (So nobody can reads my code).
Crypted files are often detected as "Dropper"

Its False Positive And
You Can't Really Know That I've Think, Becoz You Make The Virus Working As You Want It So You Cann Select A File anyway philong nyugen helped you already
