How do I do this?

Hey I was wondering how do I change the killfeed colours on MW2 Steam version without getting VAC Banned. There's a video on youtube of a guy who plays steam version and is NOT VAC Banned with altered killfeed colours.

Each time I paste that command into my config, it unbinds itself. Any help here?
