Sniper Question

Are you able to make sniper bullets not move around when running or walking, like QS, with out using a hack? Just wanted to know. Thank You.

but it does get boring after a while

Ive hacked before.. I stopped hacking since I got banned on my main. Also it corrupts the gameplay which gets boring and no more fun. @rez What i mean is, you know when you move around with a sniper, and when you shoot. The bullet doesnt go where the crosshair is but randomly around. Not at the target and you end up missing.
