Nexon Hack warning

As you all might've read/heard nexon warns all hackers by 'stepping up' against them.
Sue you, undertake serious consequences and it goes on.. bla bla

I live in holland and here we have a line called 'nationale ombudsman'
Where you can get all the information you need about what ever.

They channeled me through to their so called 'nerd'
Here's what the guy told me with a laugh:

game"hacking" (those thing what scriptkiddies are using) isn't a crime in real life, and it will never be, it's a grey zone, because gamehacking, exploiting and bugabusing itself isn't illegal because you are far off from any threat to the game's income.
It's against the Terms of Use but you can't go to jail for that. Max punishment will be an IP ban.

Cracking the game (leechers just shut up if you don't know exactly what it means)
is illegal due the copyright's for this, they can harm you , financial..
But either no arrest/jail/lawsuit.

As far as i have seen nobody is announcing private servers, game extracts etc etc.
So dont be scared, because it became too quite here all of a sudden.

For those preparing to flame and troll .
It might have been the NATIONAL 'ombudsman' but as he said, it counts for every state/country.
There are no official laws against 'own-gameplay-manipulating'
