Verify that you are using 1680x1050 resolution in full screen and add this commands in the console:
bind "F1" "cc_send_start_game_message"
bind "F2" "changelevel2"
bind "F3" "cc_change_figure_height .1"
bind "F4" "cc_set_sub_weapon javelin_lvl2 999"
bind "F5" "ohk"
bind "F6" "godmode"
bind "F7" "host_timescale 2"
...just run the bot in the boat, close the warning windows that pops out(telling that u have 5 sec to go to game alt...blablabla) enter the game.
btw, the x64 exe also works in x86 OS !
ps: every time you change the configs in the game(sound,graphics...) you have to paste the bind keys in the console!
