i can get banned from multiplayer using hacks in single player / co-op?

no, because single player wouldnt be effecting others, and giving you the ability to be "better" than everyone else and cheat your way to leader boards etc, single player is for your own use you can do as you like to it. pretty sure its the same in co-op
