Highly doubt it. Just another idiot hack/bot/dll you can find on YouTube, none of those are worth trying so I'd stop looking around on Youtube for hacks n'shit. Stay on MPGH. Plus if I'm not mistaken vindictus gold is server sided so there's more into it than just a simple syntax or program, you'd need to hack into the database. (could be wrong).

The funny fact is that it probably wont work. Gold is serversided stuff.
Any generators or gold hacks are all fake in online gaming. If it was an offline game then you could probably do whatever you want.
