Steam Friendship Question

This guy added me on steam, but for some reason, he isn't on my friendlist.

He says I'm on his friendlist, but I can't see him on mine.

Is there any way to tell who added me on their friendlist.

Because he has me, but I don't have him. o-o

hmm thats interesting. I assume you have a game that is on it. Cuase if you dont that prevents you from adding people.

too add people you have to buy your own games

But the thing is, how do I figure out who's friendlists I'm on.

Cause it's sketchy. Don't want random people adding me that I have no clue who they are.

i'm 90% sure you have to buy a game to be able to add people

free games don't count

You don't have to buy a game to add friends...

but.. how come everytime I want to add a friend in-game, the link is black.

The problem probably is having no paid games on your account, there however is a working Steam Serial generator for one game: "AI War: Fleet Command"
(The game itself is terrible, just a little trick to be able to add friends)

Steam players who have not purchased any games that actually cost, will have limited functionality such as not being able to start group chats and adding people on Steam. People who have paid though can add you but they should still appear on your friend list.

Or, I think you can get games (Half life 2 deathmatch and some others) by having a Nvidia or AMD Graphics card. *HINT HINT* Google Steam Graphics card offers *HINT HINT*
