Could you check logs for me because for some reason my inventory is full
with hero stuff and my money has 10-doubled.
Also when i logged in it said
That someone else logged in earlier with a diff IP.
Could it be possible that a hacker used my account somehow to gain
himself stuff but forgot to send it to his char?

Hm, well I'd say: This issue was not important so they gave you this standard-like-answer ... I still won't believe they are not able to do such common things ... I still think they ARE doing this when they are after someone they think he really is a cheater.

The conversation was longer then just this tiny quote.
- If they trace my game account via this ticket , 'it won't excist'
- My IP = is not my IP, but from a random guy/girl on nexon forums.
- My charactersname is masked, also ingame.
- The display name is Fatras, for the fun, and for you to reckognize me
But the actual char name isnt.

Well, having worked in database administration for several game corporations in the past, and also having delved head first into the emulation scene for world of warcraft I can tell you that this is full on bullshit on their behalf more than likely.
Nexon saying that they don't keep logs may be true, but there is by no means an "inability".
All they have to do (and trust me when I say EVERY game company does) is keep backups of the MySQL databases that the character information resides on. The typical setup for this is a database for login authentication procedures, and information, a second for characters information, such as mail sent/received, etc. and a third where all the quests, npc's, and relative id's and string information is stored.

Although most of this game is directly manipulated by the client, there is still a very healthy amount of it in the server engine, and almost everything that happens in game can be tracked if coded to properly do so. I have st up numerous private servers with 20k players on ant any given time, to be able ot individually log every player what the sent, received, any transactions made, all conversations via party, guild, /s (say) general, world, other channels, and even what their addons spit out to their client, so PLEASE don't go fooling yourself into thinking that just because nexon says they don't it's the truth.

I t MAY be, but it may not, the only real way to prove this would be to get into their database and there's not many people here that have that I know of. Matter of fact I know of only three.

It is indeed possible for every (on sql servers-running ) game to fall back on the logs.
The thing is, how to restrict an IP/namevalue (logininfo in this case as you know ) when there is none.
+ The account that i am playing on ( with hacks ) has a different login/pass/IPoutsideEU then i registered with.
And you know how that is done, and if you have indeed seen a real game's procedures.
You should know how much time it takes to unmask a specific person
when their in-game ID doesnt match with the reg data.

I did everything to lure out the 'guards'
reported myself on abuse reports via via , hacked in public etc.

Nexon is the kind of company that decides to collect information for awhile, then perform mass bans. Not only getting some of the you guys, but innocents in the process. Besides that more people have been talking how botting helps the economy, something NX isnt capable or well... isnt showing they are capable of fixing given the insane drop rates.

Let you guys run free -> keep more players
Ban hammer most of you -> lose many players due to complaints of high prices & low drops

I am betting they will try to pull a trump card eventually & use their legal power to request cease & desist of their games hacking sections for most of the hacking websites, or just go for the developers of them....eventually, like Odin project.

It is indeed true that end-game items are most of the time obtained by hackers.
As soon as they are put on MP in large numbers, non-hackers get profit from us.

Erase us out of the story, and non hackers only got 2 options
1 . buy game credits to get more powers (in case of game currency, most of the time also obtained by hackers)
2 . look for an other game.

Better to let that happen too then let the community turning to gold selling sites in the end. Fair game

Nexon attempting to get rid of EVERY hacker would be stupid for business, and they know it. We bring too much money to their table by feeding them idiots that buy scroll runes, and shit like that. ( i think that's what they're called...don't really play a lot :P )
By giving the players the end game items they want, and saving them time we're giving them the "necessity" to purchase nexons "online goods" in order to further succeed in their goal of being "the ultimate player."
I personally don't see them trying even if they could.
That's just my opinion.
