Nah its not , i have 3 Active antivirus ON right now.
and i dont have downloaded anything almost 2 days.
This happened only after the new Patch.

u should just disable all ur antiviruses n try then, if still doesn't work just delete game and reinstall, will work like a charm!
did twice today for both pc's---
important-disable antiviruses!
