Try the Manuel Patch, never had a problem with patching

try using the manual patcher; otherwise clear your browser cache and try using nexon's download manager or vice versa; downloading w/o the manager.

I did have it, but what i did was i restarted my computer, disabled my AV, ran CCleaner and it worked 
Redownloaded the whole thing, works fine now.
