PS3 Help.

So I did a System Reset on my PS3 and created a new PSN account. But I didn't know I can't use my online pass for it so I keep trying to sign into my old one.

I ALWAYS get this message.

"You cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (e-mail address)"

How else am I suppose to sign into my old account? I don't feel like doing a system reset again. It took 18 hours.

I need a roster update on Madden 12.

Have you tried sending them a support ticket or a phone call?

And XBox sucks, the only hardware related aspect of it that is better is the type of GPU it's supporting, and it doesn't even push out a higher benchmark than ps3. The only good thing about it is the controller.

well, you get what you pay for with online capabilities

if you want to use your old acc then i think you have to un-register it from the console, just google it

Make a new profile, at the beginning of the PS3 startup, you can't sign in with different PSN with the same profile or "user"

Hm...Make sure your not using the same email as you used with any other accounts/just read the error message it tells you what the problem is.

there is a ps3 section that apparently im the only one who even bothers to look in there

Still said the same thing. I just resetted the settings.
