You don´t "make" a hack. You programme a hack.
To do so you need a knowledge of C++ or any other programming language.
Then you use your brain and code a hack.
It is easy, you just need to learn

You need to learn C++ .
C++ isn't a walk in the country , it is hard to learn it .
It will take months and sometimes years .
I recommend you to start reading some C++ Tutorials .
