Error Executing a C++ Exe

Hello guys,
i recently made this programm, and now i want people to be able to use it, so, when i send the .exe to friends, all of them get an error , so, now i want people to be able to use it without having C++ or anything like that ... So how can i convert this or anything like that ? Its already an exe in C++ ... pls help

Use an older compiler that includes the runtime libs in your application. Try VC++ 6.0 (torrent)

TBP is not down you're being censored.

Temporarily change your routers dns to: 91.191.136.152 to bypass the censorship. After you downloaded the stuff you can safely change it back to your isp's (the original) dns server.
