Doesn't work... Doesn't even load the menu into game...

I was using this hack few days ago and I did a format on my pc and now it doenst work anymore. Im injecting it intro my css but nothing happens

Still doesnt work for me.

Alot lagging + crashing, i didnt expect this from oslh because TF2 ver of this works fine.
