Certain things can be seen in town, and whatever genius told you that you can't is highly ignorant. Why wouldn't you see it? When you mod a certain classes armor via HFS do you not see it on all members playing that class? It's the same concept. The skill that you're calling is that of one existing in EVERY client, animations and all, therefor thinking that you wouldn't be able to see it in town is highly inaccurate to say the least.

Added to that, there are numerous videos on youtube where people are in town among other players doing things like pulling up cores (animation of doing so anyways) and many other things. Just because you don't THINK it's possible doesn't mean that it's not.
This is why nexon catches the ignorant people, because they're stupid enough to think that they're safe just because they host the BOAT...you don't host the town jackass, nexon does.

I think the reason he reported that guy is because the guy hacked in public, which will cause attention to the hacker community. There are different types of hacker, so not always we are the same kind. Don't put me in the same kind as him, for he hacking publicly in order to seek attention is merely foolish.

ffs never read something more bollocks than this ... I personally reported every obvious hacker I've seen (like lv 60 5 titles, naked) - because these are the guys that make shit getting detected more fast and because of them Nexon EU became so aware of hacking.

So lets say if you drive your car faster then you are allowed and someone else do that too, but they do it when other ppl see and you only drive fast when none is close, do you call the cops then when you see someone drive to fast on a road?

Reporting other ppl cheating is just drawing more attantion to cheaters.
The more reports nexon get in the more attantion all cheats get, and the more ppl reporting each other the more nexon will be here.
I hate ppl that report each other, the are nothing like "good" cheating and "bad" cheating.
You cheat and he do it too, live with it other none cheater will report him, but reporting a cheater when you cheat yourself is stupid.
Its like doing a bank robbery and reports your fellow friends that helped you with it, becaus they spend there money to obvious.
