Some weird error

So i already made a thread about me getting banned but that was almost two months ago. Someone replied that it will show up in game before steam, but as time had passed it still said i was in good standing, was the ban wrong or something? i uninstalled blackops cause it was lagging my computer since i thought it was no use having it when i was already banned, what does this mean?

"The Call of duty black ops server Not available at this time" when it's really up... your banned

I haven't checked.
