Multiplayer points save?

Just had a quick question looked around and couldn't find an answer.

I am just wondering when the multiplayer points for a round are saved? I tend to jump around to different server a lot and i know its at the end of the round. I do see the game say saving at the start of the next map which may make the answer to this question obvious but just wanted to double check so im not dropping points switching servers.

When a Battlelog Report comes out,you will get your points.
