Depends what you intend to use the laptop for? Gaming? Definitely the one with a better cpu / better gfx. Mobile work? CPU with lower consumption, the one with a hybrid or mobile gpu setup.

Well it's MAINLY for gaming, but I do some music making on the side, nothing intense.

I really dunno, I would probably give the second one a shot. Better gfx card
