You can use a console or binds to use the commands provided by the DLL.

I also recommend to use sinject or PerX.

Instructions:

Copy the console DLL you want to use (for example l2noob2's console) into the same directory
Open sinJect (or any other injector) as admin
In sinJect, select both, the console's dll and vin.dll by clicking on them
Add a new game profile by clicking the "Add" button and select Vindictus.exe
Select the game profile
Now you can start Vindictus.exe
Close sinJect directly after you hear a "click" sound
Have fun!

Commands provided by this mod:

god - Enables the godmode (13.37k HP)
ohk - Enables one hit kill (lowers HP of everything except player)
SetCursorPos x y - Sets your cursor to these coordinates
MLeft - Simulates a mouse click
[New]Disable - Disables god/ohk for the current map

Every time you change the map, you will have to use the commands again.
I recommend the DanKSole 3.0 or HD's VIP console for this as it provides a possibility to execute commands automatically after the map changed.
"ohk" lowers the hp of every npc, also of bosses, allies and statues. Be careful.

Sorry, I've tried just about all the ways I can think of following the directions. But I get no 'click' or indication from the injector.

Do I have to use VinPub by L2 AND your console.dll at the same time?

I injected VinPub/PubConsole .dlls using Perx at the same time, but all I get is the console to work, but ohk/god commands don't function using binds nor via console. I am using Pie's V2.0 binds. I also tried to use sinJect but every time I try to open Sinject I get this message, "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

At first I thought the binds were overwritten every time, but the size never changed, and even typing it onto the console didn't work. Any suggestions?

Why V2.0 it's pretty outdated. V2.1 is better, but a bit outdated too, but with V2.1 you can just copy and paste (edit it a bit too) into a console. Or just make your own bind set.
