need help :(

my acc has been blocked at 25/11/2011 but when i login it at z8games he say to me that { [B]Your account is currently blocked from playing CROSS FIRE from Z8Games due to Hack.

Your account was blocked on 7/3/2011 1:44:39 PM EST and will not be
unblocked until 7/6/2011 1:44:39 PM EST} ...how i dont know plz say to me is this perm. block or how many days? ......thank you!

i say to you i dont know how ??? when i open my acc. from z8 open normaly but when i select support say to me this that i'am blocked from 7/3/2011 to 7/6/2011 i dont know how :@!!! but now i tried to block another acc he say to blocked from 9/7/2011 to 10/7/2011

Create a new account. Send Z8games a support ticket, telling them your problem. If they say No. Your screwed.
