Gaming computer?

I'm might buy a gaming desktop really soon, but Im not sure which to buy. Im a noob, so i probably cant build my own. Here are some things i want:
-windows 7 (64 bit)
-pretty high-end video card; like nvidia 580
-under 1000$ (might be a tricky one to find)
i prefer one without all the flashy lights :P
im thinking about the Acer aspire predator g3 or alienware aurora, but many people say that alienware isnt very good...
so any suggestions would help thanks

Build one yourself, that's the only realistic option imo. With a 1k$ budget you could get something quite sexy indeed. If you're lazy and just want something awesome, get this kit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboB...t=Combo.770959
