You need to provide us with an error.
Are you using texture packs? If you're using a high rendered one that you can't handle, then you should stop using it. Either that, or just lower the render distance.
Delete your .minecraft folder. Then download it again.

if u got windows vista just download windows sliver light and that worked for me
