Image Resize

Can anyone here resize an image thats 96 x 48 to at least 700+ x whatever its proportion is without losing a bunch of quality? i'd really appreciate it

Not possible well it kinda is but it depends on what the image is

nope not possible. Especially an image coming from a phone. But in the new photoshop cs6 there will be a filter which makes things HQ but yeah thats in the future.

if the photos is a hight number of size for example 5000x5000 and compressed you can do it, else you don't.
