Crossfire

Right, It aint a problem, Im just asking, but does anyone else get this.

I log onto crossfire and a message comes up saying "Restricted Area" And the account was made in Uk, and im using the right crossfire, And i have played on that yestaday. Is it something to do with crossfire or is it me?
