Err, that has nothing to do with recording. That's spectate mode. You basically watch the people play.
how to record with out any programs?

You can't record without a program you can only save the replay and then record it .

After game click "save replay" button, then go to storage, and watch it while recording

If you don't get the Save Replay Button you need to enable it from Options .

when u login go to the option and Misc and Mark on Save at the bottom and i u want to watch it go to storage and click replay
