Step by step tutorial on how to send a support ticket:
Login on the Z8Games website... Then click on "support" in the main navigation, then on the right hand side under "contact us" click "web form."
Click that and you'll be on the web form.
Here is a step by step tutorial on how to use the web form and submit your ticket...
Next select Crossfire...
A new drop down menu comes up, click on it and select technical issues...
Now a text box shows up, type the reason and problem. I gave an example of your problem in the text box:
Now after you're fine with your message, then hit Submit... If you wrote a lot and don't like your message, then click clear and it'll get rid of all the text you made...
And then you're done... Wait for a reply. You know you'll get a reply when you have a "mail" icon beside your login name on the site... So check every few moments.
