What does unpacked mean? I can upload the original CShell.dll from my CF EU folder if that's what you need...

@kapelo2 Because you're untrusted, you type with ugly font, your post is unofficial, your file has 10kB more than mine and you didn't mention anyone to approve your file. Mine is fully updated while yours probably is not...
