Making FPS Game ...

Im creating a FPS game and I have the 4 quailties.
-Programming
-Art
-GFx Design
-Rendering

If you could teach me how to do all of this to build a FPS online game thanks. Because I honestly dont wanna go to a college again for another 4 - 5 years to learn video game programming.
